Mindful Mondays

Mondays from 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM, no pre-registration required

Barbara Walker, PhD, UC Health Integrative Health and Performance Psychologist, is re-starting her offerings of FREE mindfulness exercises to support our wellbeing with Mindful Mondays at 8:30 a.m. – 9 a.m. every Monday. Mindful Mondays are guided meditations designed for you to start your week with intention, take a pause to check in with yourself, and aid in improving your mental and physical health. 

All you need to do is show up, turn your phone off, and be!

Mindful Movement

Virtual meditation break with Wellness Ambassador and certified yoga trainer, Kimber Andrews. All are welcome to join every Monday from 3-3:30 p.m. online via Zoom.

Learn it Live

Small group, interactive, coaching-like format on a variety of topics to help make wellness feel “bite-sized.” Using the theme, you’ll be talking with the facilitator and dynamically with your colleagues. Leave with a strategy or an approach to help you feel capable to make change one decision at a time. 

All sessions will be held online via WebEx. Led by Be Well UC, your employee wellness program. All who pre-register will receive an email reminder with the WebEx information.
